Let's go on a journey.  Throw in the small luggage and run around the vast Americas.  A huge power machine turns into a guardian deity in the whereabouts of the journey that all one decides.  First of all, pull my lucky cap and have a cup of coffee.  Then, a music.  These are the three sacred treasures of the tracker.  Anyway, let's go with this.

Recall all pieces of my memories that it started in Los Angeles.  I had lived in this area for almost 20 years with my family, and half a year ago I had a second child.  At that time, I was so busy with business that I couldn't take a day off, and I rarely spent the whole family together on vacation.

One day, a large truck arrives at the customer's warehouse.  The truck slowly approached the loading dock in the rain, slowly and slowly, like a spaceship approaching a space station in outer space.

The tracker opened the window fully and was quietly wet.  I drenched my animal-like mustache, but his eyes didn't move, and he was staring at the side mirrors as if it was just nothing happened.

For some reason, I was hooked on the scene and wanted to talk to the driver.  I heard that he came from Bozeman, Montana.  Bozeman? Montana? What is it like?

It's been another year left to become a 40 years old.  Until this year, I have hardly traveled around U.S.  I am chased by daily routine and answer the questions that come one after another.  There was no financial problem, and the business proceeded as planned toward the goal.  But something is missing on my life.

From there, I was quickly fullfilled with my desire. I wanted to go on a trip and see America more with my own eyes. So, I got rid of all my business and raised money, and I asjed my wife for two years to give me a chance to change. At the end of the year, two months from the age of 40, a friend from the UK introduced me to a tracking school.  I went to open the gate.

Like Japan, the United States has a shortage of drivers, which is said to be 50,000.  The first thing to mention is its lifestyle.  A quick and money making job is long distance.  The life runs for 3-4 weeks and goes back to home.  Middle distance returns on weekends on a weekly basis.  And a day trip.  However, basically, you can earn more in a long distance job.  (There is a reason to say "basically") It is no wonder that there are many military experienced people who have become accustomed to those camping life styles.

Large trucking companies have their own schools to secure their own drivers, and are often exempt from tuition fees.  However, after earning a license, he is often tied up by the major trucking company and cannot move freely.  Therefore, I recommend that you pay for the school yourself.  In my case, I think it was about $1,500.

The school itself is a series of fun days.  One week to go straight forward and straight backward.  Anyway, there are many blind spots.  The feeling of width is completely different.  The clutch is heavy.  I was excited by a completely new everything.

Even though it is a driving school, it does not have an what you call "instructor", and it is laissez-faire (!?) Such as "C'mon, men! Just do it, Ha !!".  Then, If it were a work, I would be told to go to New York by throwing a key from the first day.  This unreasonable attitude was also made me excited.  And when I started to get along with everyone there, I got a license after a couple of months of training.  It's finally the beginning of a journey to overlook America.

Then let's go.  Once you put your luggage in, it's time to leave.

Next time, let's talk about the interior of the truck.
